Our Staff

We take pride in our quality and efficiency when fabricating and erecting structural steel, however without our dedicated and loyal workforce we would not be able to make our aim a reality.

 

We believe in our staff, offering training and support as well as a friendly professional environment to work within. Please see below our office workforce, as well as our Factory Foreman and Site Foreman, without whom we would not be able to offer such exceptional results.

Brian has been MD and owner since 1981, his vast knowledge, practical experience and understanding of the industry over the years, has given the essential skills required to all of his personnel that has made SDS the success it is today.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brian Hope, Managing Director

Keith has over 30 years of experience within a structual environment covering all disciplines including, production, project, contract and commercial management. He is also accredited and qualified as the company's Crane Lifting Operations Appointed Person and also stands as the company's RWC for the maintainance of the CE Mark on structural products.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Keith Corner, Operations Director

Dianne has been with the company since 2003. Originally coming from an accounting and HR background, she has further developed her skills while at SDS and is responsible for staff management, health and safety, enviromental, quality, accounting and HR.

Chris has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry, starting as a Fabricator and Installation Engineer, progressing within the buisness through commitment, dedication and hard work. Firstly into estimating then to his current position of Contract Manager, which he has held since 2015.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chris Martin, Contracts Manager

Phil started SDS as a Trainee Estimator and now heads the department. With a background in civils and ground works giving him a full understanding of project specifics from the outset through to completion.
